Mrs. Madhu Kala Mishra of Rangpo working as a nurse in Singtam district hospital is awarded as florence nightengle award 2016 by the hand of president Mr. Pranav Mukharjee in new Delhi Rastrapati Bhawan today on occasion of International Nurse Day.
