Minister R.B. Subba lodges FIR
State Minister for Law/HRD/Sports and Youths R.B. Subba lodged FIR against Birbal Subba who is a Former Minister cum office bearer of JAC Limboo Tamang Tribal Forum and others at Jorethang PS yesterday for provocative speech, inciting aggression amongst the gathering and agitation youths against R.B Subba during Chirbirey Tar meet at Jorethang on 01 May.
