Greetings to everyone on International Workers’ Day, also known as Labour Day, which falls on 1st May. This historic day marks workers’ unity and solidarity. It also calls for a celebration of the untiring efforts of labourers and the working classes, past and present, who have made a significant contribution towards the Nation building process.
On this special day, I appeal everyone to value work, uphold dignity of labour and make sure that the working class receives care and compassion. I wish the Nation's great workforce a very happy Labour Day!
